Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Focus Era ("we", "us") is a focus timer app that helps you build deep work habits. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. We try to keep this short and honest.

Who we are

Focus Era is built and operated by Rania Inraraland. You can reach us at focusera@proton.me for any privacy questions or to request data deletion.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to make the app work:

We do not collect:

How we use it

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't have advertisers.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in Supabase (a US-based PostgreSQL hosting provider) with row-level security — your account can only ever read or modify its own data. We use TLS for all transit.

Your local device also stores a cached copy of your progress so the app works offline.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. You can delete your account anytime from inside the app — Settings → "delete account". This permanently removes your profile, sessions, streak, blocklist, and authentication record. If you'd prefer, you can also email focusera@proton.me and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Children

Focus Era is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes (e.g., new data collection), we'll show you a notice in the app.
